Elaboration and aging Coupage of the varieties

Gratian (14%) . The grapes used are born in old vinas of more than 40 years of age. The plots from which the grains that serve for the elaboration of this wine come from are carefully selected. Once it has been transported to the winery, the grapes first go through a process of alcoholic fermentation and then let it marinate for 29 days with its skins. Before the final bottling it rests during
two years in new French oak barrels of medium roasting.
