Tasting note

  • From color garnet intense and almost opaque as ink.
  • In nose It is complex and attractive, with floral aromas and red fruits, well assembled with French oak wood that brings fresh notes of eucalyptus and later roasted and caramel.
  • In mouth It is soft and friendly, it caresses the palate when passing like a thick velvet, giving way to a very aromatic long and lasting wine.
Elaboration and aging
Made with grapes 88% Tinto fino, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, 1% Malbec, and aging for 12 months in new French oak barrels, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels and in tanks. Clarified with natural egg white.

It is ideal and a perfect companion for game and feather meats, cheeses, stews and grilled meats.
