Tasting note:
Color: Intense cherry red, garnet, with ruby tones in the edging as it loses depth in the cup.
Nose: Opaque, high layer and deep colors, its aromas are very varietal, highlighting the fruit memories (plum, cherries) along with more mature nuances (blackberry jam) on a very subtle toasted and spicy background that rounds the whole (vanilla, pepper black, licorice).
Mouth: When drinking it is a drink with volume, freshness, very frank, with a tannin integrated and very balanced, pleasant, long and lasting memory.
Processing and aging:
Made with 100% Tinta del Pais grape (Tempranillo or Fine Ink). A fantastic red oak that has remained four months in American and French oak barrels.
