- Clean, bright, middle layer, color cherry red with garnet evolution.
- In nose It has an intense profile of black fruits (blackberries and cassis, somewhat ripe), well integrated with the roasted and sweet notes of its passage through the barrel.
- In mouth It is well structured, balanced and leaves pleasant toasted memories. Long fruity and barrel sensations.
Elaboration and aging
Made with grapes Tempranillo 100% , after the controlled fermentation at 26ºC, I move to the breeding of 10 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in American oak .
Curiosities:
Of the Portia winery highlights the spectacularity of its facilities: built with concrete, wood, steel and glass, these occupy 12,500 meters divided into three floors. The artifice of the building was Norman Foster , well-known architect awarded among others with the Prince of Asturias Award for the Arts 2009 .
