CATA's notes:
- Color: intense cherry color with violet reflections.
- Nose : aromas of ripe fruit (cherries, blueberries, blackberry), spicy like vanilla and toasted from its oak aging.
- Mouth: powerful and tasty, with intense red fruit flavors. A balanced wine, spicy and long-lasting.
Elaboration and aging: Manual harvest made in October in the vineyards of Tras de San Pedro and Las Arras. Pre-maceration in cold for 5 days at 12ºC, vinification in stainless steel tanks of 16,000 liters and fermentation in new barrels (20%), one and two wines. Aged for 12 months in barrels of 225 and 400 liters of oak (60%) American and (40%) French toasted medium and medium plus.
Curiosities: Happy Grapes is born from the association of several recognized winemakers of Spain. Its objective is to join efforts to present wines from different Spanish regions and protected under the mantle of the distributor Vila Viniteca.
Bodegas Vizcarra: She was one of the pioneers in planting vineyards in Ribera del Duero in the 1980s. They produce young wines and quality aging. Wines that stand out for their elegance and personality,
always respecting the land and the environment.
