6 x Quinta Generacion 2014
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Dehesa de los Canónigos, leading oenologist of the cellar, Belén Sanz, created Quinta Generación 2014. A modern, fresh and fruity wine, which label was designed by the hyperrealist painter Luis Pérez, but at the same time also faithful to the soul and body that grants the Ribera del Duero.

Cherry red color with violet tones. The nose dominated by fruit aromas and sensations of roasted and liquorice. Fruity and balanced on the palate, pleasant passage of intense finish with a touch of cocoa.
Development and Aging
You made with Tempranillo grapes from a single vineyard trellis cultivated in accordance with local traditions, Caserio, with vines around 20 years old. It is done manually, on early October. Fermentation lasts between eight and twelve days and runs in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 22 to 29. The wine is aged for four months in barrels and then spends about a year in bottle.
