Production and Aging:
It is the result of a complex mosaic of more than 350 plots of Fino red, aged between 60-80 years. The vinification is carried out in a traditional way, with a small pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging for 12 months in 2nd year barrels.
Curiosities:
The winery was created by Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando. Bertrand Sourdais was one of the founders of Dominio de Atauta, his career has been forged in large wineries such as Álvaro Palacios either Château Mouton Rothschild in Bordeaux.
