CATA'S NOTES:

- Nose: aromas expressive and complex, with balsamic notes and hints of fine wood, spices and black fruit
- Mouth: In mouth is expressive with well-integrated oak, round tannins, good volume and long persistence.
ELABORATION
It is made from grapes 100% Tempranillo . These grapes come from vineyards over 70 years old , which are found at an altitude of between 830 and 940 meters, and whose soils are mostly limestone. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in tanks and in barrels. Has an upbringing of 18 months in French oak barrels .
CURIOSITIES Bodegas De Blas Serrano is located in Fuentelcésped, a Burgos municipality that was founded at the end of the s. XII by the Premonstratensian Orders of the Monastery of La Vid. Since then it has a long history linked to wine. Wines are only made when the grapes present the characteristics that meet the quality criteria that they have defined.
