Elaboration and aging:
- Color: intense cherry color with violet reflections.

Manual harvest made in October in the vineyards of Tras de San Pedro and Las Arras. Pre-maceration in cold for 5 days at 12ºC, vinification in stainless steel tanks of 16,000 liters and fermentation in new barrels (20%), one and two wines.
