Cepa Gavilán is the youngest red wine from Pérez Pascuas Brothers winery. It comes from the most recent vineyards (10-15 years old) and it has a 12 months maturation which gives it a great opulence and concentration.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: bigarreau cherry red, violet, high and shiny coat. Abundant dyed teardrop.
Aroma: clean and very concentrated, with notes of ripe fruit, balsamic, toasted and spicy over a mineral background. Wood very well incorporated into the wine.
Palate: tasty, powerful, fruity, with elegant tannins, which give the wine great opulence and concentration.
Lively, with sensations of fruit, menthol, cocoa, toast, roast and minerals.
Consumption
Optimal for the next 8 years in good condition.
