CATA's notes:
- View: ruby red clean and bright with a high robe.
- Nose: Clean and powerful aromas of mature fruit (blackberry, cherry, blueberries...) Accompanied by a touch of licorice black and sweet spices such as cinnamon or vanilla, we also find notes of nuts and candy toffee.
- Mouth: Very powerful and cool at the same time, balanced acidity, step surround and unctuous with lots of fruit. final long and pronounced with spicy hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
Production and Aging:
Completely manual harvest with exhaustive selection of the grapes. Introduction with the utmost care and by gravity of the healthy grapes in stainless steel tanks where it ferments for 18 days and then ages for 10 months in 25% first-use French oak barrels.
