Tasting Notes:
- Color a very characteristic rosé.
- In nose complex and subtle aroma of flower etremezclado with vegetable fragrance.
- In the mouth the acidity, born from the rain fallen during the year, caresses the taste buds and at the same time draws the tonic structure of the body of Roselito
Elaboration and Breeding:Roselito is marked by an Atlantic-type vintage, with a complex and subtle aroma of flowers mixed with a vegetable fragrance. In the mouth, the acidity, born from the rain fallen during the year, caresses the taste buds and at the same time draws the tonic structure of the body of Roselito.
Finally, a year with seasons:In 2018 we have been able to appreciate the passing of the seasons in the Soria vineyard. The winter was marked by the cold, by generous rainfall, with lots of snow in January, February, March, and even on April 10 and 11.
The vegetation woke up as usual, with the almond trees blooming on April 3rd; sprouting was noted on the 27th. Spring was in turn marked by rain, cold and, unfortunately, by the frosts of May 1 and 13 that left the 2018 harvest in half.
The summer, with moderate temperatures of around 30ºC, was marked by rain and certain isolated storms, which allowed the plants to grow and boost their vegetative rhythms until the end of July, when normally the vegetation stops its natural growth at the beginning of this month. We are thus in a situation that is rather typical of an Atlantic vegetative cycle, which is very rare in the Ribera del Duero region of Soria.
The months from August to October were dry, with moderate temperatures and abundant hours of sunshine, which facilitated slow ripening and the formation of complex aromas of fine red wine and albillo.
