, the harvest is done by hand, in boxes of 20 kg, thus preventing the grape from getting damaged. The boxes are emptied one by one into the hopper, and from there they pass to the destemmer-crusher. All these processes are carried out with the utmost care, so as not to damage the grapes. After resting a few days in the tank, fermentation begins. This process is exhaustively controlled, analyzing all the parameters. Aging in French oak barrels for 396 days

These barrels age with controlled temperature and humidity, respecting the strength and character of our wines.
