Tasting note:
Color: Mahogany and old gold with amber shine and iodine tones.
Nose: Intense and deep. The tones of very elegant woods are remarkable. There are sweet notes of the PX that participates in its elaboration
Palate: Very broad with light sweet notes of raisins coming from the PX that wraps. Hazelnut and toasted almond notes. Aftertaste of great persistence.
Elaboration:
Generous wine made by oxidative aging, in American oak barrels, by the traditional system of criaderas and soleras with sacks and periodic sprays, until completing an average age of more than twelve years.
