Tasting notes:
Colour: Vivid and intense violet.
Nose: Powerful aroma of red and black fruits.
Palate: Fresh, fleshy and enveloping. And with a long and pleasant step.
Elaboration and Aging:
The Garnacha and Syrah grapes are harvested manually from the vineyards of the Sierra de Cádiz and the Serranía de Ronda. In the glass it has a dark cherry colour, lively and brilliant. It is a mixture of garnacha (50%) and syrah (50%). Aged for 6 months in vats of 60 Hl of French oak.
