TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Bright ruby colour.
- Nose: Aromas of red fruit and forest with balsamic notes and hints of vanilla, caramel and custard.
- Palate: Intense and refreshing entry. Good balance with notes of fresh grass. Silky tannins that glide across the palate leaving a very aromatic finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 98% Grenache and 2% Carignan.
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Aged for 14 months in French oak vats and barrels.
