Elaboration and Aging:
A selection of grapes of the MONASTRELL variety from free-standing vineyards, with an average age of 50 years and with a yield of 4,300 kilos / hectare, has been selected. The grapes are received at a selection table, completely despalilla and a pre-fermentative maceration in cold for 12 days. Subsequently performs the fermentation for approximately 7 days. Then it is aged in French oak and Caucasus with medium roasting for 5 months. Finally, the wine rests a minimum of 5 months before its release to the market.
