Tasting Notes:

Color Red pillory with Nazarene shades and medium-high layer, with abundant glycerin in the glass.
In nose Aromas of ripe red fruits, complex and with balsamic nuances from the barrel aging stand out. Light touches of red plum and minerals, with a great expressiveness that rescues memories of English tobacco.
In mouth Is presented as a unctuous, fleshy and velvety wine, as the visual phase pointed out. The red fruit appears with great intensity, mixing wonderfully with the balsamicos. Armonico, with a pleasant and subtle aftertaste despite its power.

Elaboration and Aging:

A selection of grapes of the MONASTRELL variety from free-standing vineyards, with an average age of 50 years and with a yield of 4,300 kilos / hectare, has been selected. The grapes are received at a selection table, completely despalilla and a pre-fermentative maceration in cold for 12 days. Subsequently performs the fermentation for approximately 7 days. Then it is aged in French oak and Caucasus with medium roasting for 5 months. Finally, the wine rests a minimum of 5 months before its release to the market.
