Komokabras Amarillo is a white wine that stands out for being fresh, direct, structured and complex. It is produced from selected Albariño grapes from vineyards planted on clay and granite soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, without malolactic fermentation. It is an aged white wine that has rested in wooden barrels.
TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Lemon yellow colour.
Nose: Fresh and direct aroma.
Mouth: In the mouth it has a fresh and fruity taste.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: IGP Barbanza e Iria.
WINEMAKING: Made with 100% Albariño grape variety.
AGEING: Aged for 10 months in 225 and 500 litre used oak barrels.
