Borsao Tres Picos is made with 100% Garnacha grapes from Mount vineyards between 35 and 60 years old located at 600-700 meters, with clay-limestone soils, stony and muddy in Campo de Borja, Aragon. After a careful recollection it is macerated for 20-25 days and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 ° - 30 °. Finally, the future Tres Picos, is aged in new Bordeaux barrels made of French oak during 5 months. Borsao Tres Picos is a red wine of intense cherry color with purple tones. In the nose it shows a great concentration of aromas of ripe berries with floral nuances. In the palate it's rich and well structured evoking flavors of blackberry, plum and tone leather and vanilla, with a sweet and silky tannins.
