Se trata de un vino muy complejo, con gran intensidad de sensaciones. Pese a su alto contenido de alcohol, no es particularmente embriagador. Estupendo para acompañar cualquier comida. Se recomienda respetar la temperatura de servicio sugerida para una mejor experiencia.

Es un Borsao por lo que había que probarlo...

Buen equilibrio entre fruta, madera, acidez, alcohol y tanino, entra muy suave y ligero. Un gran vino a un precio asequible y muy buena imagen

Cabriola is Bodegas Borsao's most recent release, a unique wine made by Chris Ringland and José Luis Chueca. These two winemakers, recognised by critics and the public, offer us a blend of Garnacha and Syrah that is harmonious and perfectly structured on the palate. In addition, it has sweet tannins derived from its ageing for 10 months in oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

  • Elegant ruby and garnet colour on a very deep cherry red.
  • On the nose, aromas of red fruits with a touch of vanilla
  • In the mouth it presents sweet tannins, making this wine a long, intense, balanced and complex aftertaste.


Elaboration and aging

Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 24º - 28º C with a peak of 32ºC. Maceration during 15 days in total. The wine is aged for 12 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak Bordeaux barrels.

Mountain vineyards from 20 to 60 years old located at 350-700 meters of altitude, with stony-conglomerate soils, pebbles, sandstones, limestone and clays.
