More info about Wine red wine Bad Boy 2017 - wine outlet

  •     The Bad Boy comes from an original cuvée created by Jean-Luc Thunevin in the 2000's. Produced from a careful selection of wines from properties managed or advised by Jean-Luc Thunevin.
  •     The name of the wine and the design of its label come from comments made by Robert Parker on Jean Luc Thunevin, owner of the famous Château Valandraud. Jean Luc Thunevin was usually nicknamed "the black sheep of Bordeaux" or "bad boy of Saint Emilion" by Robert Parker.

Notes of Tasting:

    Bigarreau cherry red colour.
In nose aromas of black cherries, incense and a touch of vanilla pod.
In the mouth medium body with firm tannin, fresh in the mouth with a line of citric acidity.

Elaboration and Aging:

Produced in vineyards over 40 years old, on clay-calcareous soils. Bad Boy is Robert Parker's nickname for Jean Luc Thunevin, and the black sheep on the label also alludes to the other nickname Parker uses to call the French producer.
