Nose Medium intensity aromas of ripe fruit on a background of yeast and some light mineral touches
Mouth: Dry, deep and with good volume. Very pleasant acidity and salinity and an aftertaste of nuts, especially almonds.
Preparation: selection of Superior Quality "yolk" musts, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (native yeasts Saccharomyces Cerevisiae and other subspecies).
Aging: after the deslío and rest in cones or jars for approximately 8 months, 12 months in old casks where Fino wine had previously been raised and in which the head has been left.
