Tasting Notes:

• Attractive pale greenish yellow color.
• High aromatic intensity where we perceive tropical citrus fruits mixed with notes of boxwood and fennel.
• The entrance in the mouth is smooth and with a long and unctuous step. The end of the mouth is fresh due to a slight acidity that culminates with a mild bitterness characteristic of a single variety of the Verdejo variety.

Elaboration and Aging:

Young white wine made from the variety verdejo. After a gentle pressing the flower must is obtained. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel deposits at controlled temperature, which facilitates the extraction and conservation of the primary, fruit and floral aromas, typical of the variety.
The grape entered the cellar in excellent conditions of sanity giving high quality wines despite the drought produced throughout the year and the winter frost.
