Made with Verdejo grapes. For this wine are reserved the plots with greater potential. Vinedos located at more than 800 meters of altitude. In the cellar, the grapes are cooled for 24-36 hours at a temperature of 8-10 ° C and macerated in the cold for about 6-8 hours to obtain the characteristic aromas of the Verdejo. Then fermented with musts and first-pressed musts for 15 days. After the fermentation it is done aging on fine lees in deposit to gain in complexity and volume in the mouth.
