Melior Verdejo is a fresh and elegant wine. It has a pale straw yellow tone with greenish touches and is a clean wine in which brilliance stands out. Its aromas are intense, clear and elegant; fruity of the tropical range in harmony with floral white flowers and shades of hay and fresh grass. The mouth has a medium structure in excellent harmony with a measured acidity that gives it a remarkable freshness, with an elegant fruity sensation and a soft final bitterness.
Elaboration and aging
Made with 100% Verdejo grapes, from vineyards of gravelly and stony land of the farms La Moja and Matalamoza, of 61.8 hectares, planted in 2008 in the small village of Valdestillas. Produced in a traditional way, the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days (16ºC) and a 3 month aging on the lias "
