- Mouth: Its passage by the palate is lively and marked by its varietal character. Thanks to its final acidity have a fresh wine with a long fruity and balsamic aftertaste.
Elaboration:
young white wine made from Verdejo. After a soft pressing the must is obtained. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, which facilitates the extraction and conservation of primary aromas, fruity and floral, typical of the variety. Grape wine entered in excellent health giving high quality wines despite the drought throughout the year and winter frost.
Vintage 2015:
Vintage Rueda began the night of August 26 and ended on October 4. The 2015 harvest was marked by a decrease in production due to low rainfall. The thermal integral produced between day and night, much higher than other years made wines retain good acidity. If we add the excellent health and proper ripening of the grapes we can predict high quality wines, very balanced and structured.
