Tasting notes:

Sight: cherry red colour with intense purple trimmings, full of vivacity and youth.
Nose: Intense and aroma of wild strawberry, redberry and blackcurrant, with a background of thyme and dried rosemary.
Mouth: an unusual freshness is awakened at the entrance, followed by good, tasty fruit. That fills everything to his step, and leaves a pleasant memory as he leaves.

Carabal wines are made from our own vineyards, located in Alía, Cáceres, in the Sierra de Guadalupe. The estate is part of the UNESCO World Geopark "Villuercas-Ibores-Jara".
