Tasting note:
Color: Dark and bright mahogany color.
Nose: Powerful, clean and rich in nuances of fruit and toasted wood.
Mouth: It is elegant, powerful, unctuous and dense, with hints of toffee, oak and passion fruit (grapes and plums).
Elaboration:
Old wine from one of the oldest and most mythical solerade Pedro Ximenez of the winery, started in 1910. Elaborated, like the rest of the sweet wines of Pedro Ximenez de Alvear, from grapes passionate to the sun, with oxidative aging by the system of criaderas and soleras. But of the elegance and history of this liquid jewel, only a few punctual sacks are made every five years.
