TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Attractive cherry red colour with violet tones.
Nose: Perfect harmony of its primary aromas, red plum, undergrowth and blackberries, with those of ageing, dry wood and cocoa.
Palate: The red fruit stands out, not lacking in complexity. Rich, tasty, fresh and with nerve. With sure positive evolution.
APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Ribera del Guadiana.
WINEMAKING: Made with 80% Syrah and 20% Tempranillo varieties.
AGEING: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
CURIOSITIES: Its renewed image represents the flower of the rockrose, which surrounds the vineyards of the UNESCO World Geopark Villuercas-Ibores-Jara.
