CATA's notes:
- Wine cherry color, garnet rim.
- On the nose the aromas are very fruity, good toasted, flowers, balsamic, sweet spices, with great complexity, elegance and power.
- On the palate with great structure, lively tannins, and a long finish, with a lot of spicy, balsamic and fruity persistence.
Development and Aging
Made with the varieties Variedades 70% Garnacha tinta, Cabernet, Garnacha común and Tempranillo, the vineyards are located in the Matanegra region and once the grapes are harvested, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of around 22ºC. It is a Coupage of 1 3. A limited and numbered edition of 7104 bottles. It is a wine that has not been subjected to any type of treatment, so natural sediments may appear. It is fermented in barrels for 12 months and another 12 months in the bottle.
Curiosities:
It is a family winery located in the heart of the Matanegra region, founded in the middle of the last century, it develops its activity cultivating its own vineyards and producing high quality artisan wines. It produces very careful wines, with their own personality, in numbered limited series. A job well done, with care, commitment and dedication has its reward in highly awarded wines inside and outside of Spain.
