CATA's notes:
- Color : Pale yellow, very bright.
- Nose: wide range of complex aromas; white flowers, stone fruit and notes of banana, as well as wood and vanilla from its delicate aging.
- Mouth: juicy and dry finish. A spicy aftertaste with an end that lingers on the palate.
Elaboration and aging:
Using only grapes of the Albarino variety. The grapes come from the highest part of the farm where pruning and leaf removal have been done manually. In the 80s the project of this wine began, polishing over time the technique of aging the albarino in French oak barrels to offer a perfect balance in wood and fruit.
The hard aging phase 6 months in French oak barrels .
