CATA's notes:- Colour: cherry red with violet sparkles.
- Nose: aromas that remind us of berries like blackberries, blueberries and strawberries interlaced with strong memories of black stone, graphite, humus, wet earth, undergrowth, toast and smoke.
- Mouth: intense and alive, powerful, serious and meaty, with abundant tannins.
Elaboration and aging: Sani Petit Verdot performs malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 24 days at 27 degrees Celsius. Later it ages in
French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 8 months . Next it is passed to bottle sleeper with
a rest of 8 months although its evolution can be of special character.
