Sólo Eva

Lemon yellow color without iridescence. Clean, bright and without abnormalities. Tearing very quickly fall does not become uniform bell.
In a still glass it is quite low aromatically. In moved glass, the airing, shows a white -manzana- -pomelo- citrus ripe fruit and good quality, with a long background of white flowers.
Its entrance is dry; body and structure very fair, good acidity; on their way it shows its fruit load prevailing on its initial dryness, leaving it to the final, with a good acidity always present. Their persistence is average; aftertaste aftertaste and white fruit load survives, although its aftertaste is again perceive the floral charge.
