Tasting Notes:
- Of greenish yellow color, arriving to present / display slightly with golden reflections.
- In the nose the aromas emanating are herbaceous, reminiscent of freshly cut grass, exotic fruits, mango and some citrus.
- In mouth greedy and smooth, fresh and balanced. It is a very long and surprisingly aromatic wine.
Elaboration
The grapes are despalilla and left to soak for 6 hours. A light pressing is made where the flower must is collected. It is fermented in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12ºC. It stops for the fermentation with cold and we obtain the sugars without transforming the wine and it stays cold until the moment of the packaging.
