Habla nº28 is a single varietal Tempranillo, elegant in the mouth and with an unequalled finesse due to its short maceration, which represents a before and after in the trajectory of the Alta Costura wines of the Extremadura winery. Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. Despite having several factors against it, the winemaking team has managed to make the 2019 vintage one of the most balanced in delicacy, freshness and essence.
Sight: Abundant crimson tones and notable glyceric sensations. Bright, crystalline and modern in style.
Nose: Refined and complex. Marked character of strawberries and sweet notes of orange blossom. With a spicy background that brings back memories of oregano.
Palate: Smooth on the palate and silky on the palate. A great harmony and freshness that envelops its long journey. It is persistent on the finish evoking pleasant sensations of mocha.
APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Extremadura.
WINEMAKING: Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes.
AGEING: Aged for 13 months in French oak barrels and one year in the bottle.
CURIOSITIES: As for the Tempranillo, it is an early variety, as its name suggests, harvested in August. The viticulture team manages to ensure that the plant arrives in perfect condition for the harvest, despite factors such as high temperatures and water shortages. This is achieved by accelerating the time of harvesting the grapes in search of great expression and freshness and respecting the appropriate ripening of the fruit guaranteed by the conditions of the plot and crop management.
