Tasting Note:

Ruby red colour and evolutionary edges. Medium-high layer.
Nose: the wine opens quickly offering special notes and presence of wood tinged by traces of fruit and alcohol. Complex due to good harmony and aromatic abundance.
On the palate, a good entry and great expressiveness can be appreciated. Moderate acidity and well structured with warm and soft tannins.

Elaboration and aging:

The barrels, most of which are new, have a capacity of 230 litres and are made of handcrafted American oak from the states of Missouri and Ohio. Inside these barrels, the aging of the wines begins and, in them, their stabilization and the cession of the peculiar taste of the oak with all its shades takes place. Once the time of aging in wood is over, the wines go on to be bottled, where they are subjected to a rigorous quality control in the corks.
