Development and Aging:
In appearance and color the extraordinary work of this winery is demonstrated true masters in the art of aging wine. After a four-year aging in American oak barrels and long aging in the bottle until today we still see a beautiful gold color unevolved.
Made from grapes 100% Viura from 24 hectares of vineyards about 45 years old located 200 meters straight winery building, next to the Ebro river, at an altitude between 444 and 472 meters.
Handpicked, bunch by bunch, which is transported to the winery in acting (poplar wood containers shaped like truncated cones). Once in the winery the wine is fermented without scratch or skin in large oak vats of 60 hectoliters. After the wine is aged for 4 years in oak barrels. 2 rackings per year
