Artadi San Lorenzo de Quintanilla 2016
Artadi San Lorenzo de Quintanilla is a red wine made with Tempranillo from a plot of 1.10 hectares over 60 years old, in the municipality of Elvillar de Álava.
After the manual harvest, the winery carries out a cold pre-maceration for 2 or 3 days. Fermentation takes place in open wooden vats with autochthonous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels for 12 months.
It has a long finish with an enveloping freshness aftertaste.
