Elaboracion Y Crianza:
Made with grapes 95% Tempranillo Y 5% Mazuelo . Selection of grapes from vineyards of Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa aged between 10 and 20 years. Clay-calcareous soils, located on steep slopes with good drainage and good sun exposure.
Manual harvesting. Traditional vinification, de-stemming crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maceration of 15 days, with continuous pumping to obtain an optimal extraction of color.
The aging is done in mixed oak barrels (American and French) during 14 months , followed by 9 months in bottle tuning .
