Tasting notes:
Intense deep ruby color with tear stained. High aromatic intensity with aromas of red fruit well assembled. Mineral and spicy. In the mouth it is tasty, with ripe fruit. long, persistent and balanced finish.
Development and aging
Varieties made with 80% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano selected the best plots of the triangle comprising Villabuena, Samaniego and Abalos; underperforming and whose average age is 60 years. The harvest is done manually in boxes of 15 kg, the wine is aged in oak barrels, 75% French (Darnajou, Taransaud, F. Freres and Radoux) and 25% American (Demptos and Canton), with barrels 33% new, 33% two years, three years 33%.
