De color cereza con borde teja. En nariz se notan los aromas de fruta muy madura, especias dulces (canela), tabaco, salazón, regaliz, gratas maderas. En boca es vivo, sabroso, equilibrado, muy aromático, fluido, elegante, muy buena persistencia y muy grata crianza.
Se recomienda decantar media hora antes de servir.
Comidas recomendadas: Carnes rojas a la parrilla, jamón de bellota curado y quesos de oveja semicurados. Pescados al horno y bacalao al pil pil.
Elaboración y Crianza
Crianza: 22 meses en barricas de roble americano de 225 L. de capacidad. Un mínimo de 12 meses en botella antes de ser presentado al mercado.
