It presents aromas very well integrated with notes of coffee, caramel and vanilla and ripe fruit greedy. After mild agitation the nose becomes more complex appearing black licorice, spicy notes and mineral hints.
In the mouth, good structure, full of fruit and life, nice tannin, resulting in a tasty and elegant stock.
