TASTING NOTES

View: Deep cherry colour.
Nose: Intense and perfumed, with aromas of red fruits accompanied by spicy notes and mineral touches, resulting in a very balanced whole.
Palate: Fresh and elegant. Notes of red and black fruit blend with soft toast. Silky, with enveloping tannins and a long finish.

ELABORATION

100% Tempranillo variety.
Fermentation of the plots separately at controlled temperatures.
Aged for a minimum of 12 months in French oak barrels.

The different plots, from which the wonderful Tempranillo with which Ysios Selección is made is obtained, are located in towns near the winery such as: Laguardia, Páganos, Lapuebla, Elvillar, etc.
