Born in the 20s, Imperial is one of the great wines of Spain, it is a wine that is only made in those years in which the harvest is considered excellent. Its name was adopted after a special bottling that was carried out to export to England under the name of Imperial Pint .
Color Garnet with bluish reminiscences on the edges, with a high layer. Nose Fragrant with ripe black and red fruits, notes of violet flowers and hints of chocolate and toast. In mouth expresses its elegance, a balanced wine with a present acidity, velvety tannins and a long, broad finish with hints of oak.
Made with varieties of 85% Tempranillo , fifteen% Gratian , mazuelo , Grenache , this wine has been aged in French and American oak barrels for approximately 2 years before to be clarified in a traditional way. Once in the bottle, it rests in cellars for another two years under adequate humidity and temperature conditions, completing its aging until the optimum moment of consumption.
