Luis Cañas Joven is a tasty and fresh red wine, made only from Tempranillo grapes. It is made using the carbonic maceration vinification process. The grapes are selected and, after being destemmed, they enter whole into the stainless steel tanks where the carbonic maceration process takes place. The grapes macerate and ferment at the same time, a process that lasts 12 days.
