Tasting Note:

This Remelluri Reserva is a wine faithful to its origins in which the exuberance of its youth, the freshness of its fruit and the harmony of its aging in the most select French oak stand out.
It is a wine that comes from a rigorous selection of grapes for its health and full maturity. It reflects the personality of a variety, Tempranillo, which stands out for its elegance and finesse, as well as for its rich fruit.
Remelluri Reserva is made by Bodegas Remelluri (La Granja Ntr. Sra. de Remelluri), located in the town of Labastida (Álava). The vineyard is worked under ecological and biodynamic principles and the grapes are harvested by hand. In the winery, the indigenous yeasts are responsible for conducting the fermentation of the wine. It is made from the following grape varieties: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Viura and Malvasia. It is aged for 17 months in French oak barrels.
