Tasting Note:

Color: Ruby red maroon. Clean and brilliant. Medium-high intensity.
Aromas: Intense nose, rich in nuances highlighting red and ripe fruits. Emphasizing the aromas of red fruits such as strawberries or cherries and blueberries.
Palate: Well structured, highlighting the chocolate and very subtle fruit in liquor that gives it complexity in the mouth.

Elaboration and aging:

After a slow alcoholic fermentation, it undergoes malolactic fermentation and remains in tanks for 12 months. Later this wine passes to mixed barrels: American oak staves and French oak bottoms, where it remains a minimum of 12 months. It is followed by some time in the bottle before being released.
