TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Ruby colour.
Nose: Fruity (raspberry, blackberry) and floral aromas, accompanied by elegant toasted notes.
Palate: Fresh and silky entry. Very elegant and floral aftertaste.

WINEMAKING

100% Garnacha grape variety.
Aged for 6 months in large French oak casks.

Bodegas Barón de Ley was founded in 1985. A winery in the image of French châteaux, as its facilities and vineyards are located on the same property, the Imas estate in Mendavia, on the left bank of the river Ebro, an ideal place for growing vines.

Specialising in the production of high quality reservas and gran reservas, Barón de Ley is one of the most important references in the D.O.Ca. Rioja. The grapes are harvested by hand and the fact that the grapes are picked at the winery contributes to the quality of the wines.
