- Nose Aromas of fresh black fruit such as plum or blackberry, rich varietal profile with the elegant shades of wood (cocoa, tobacco plant, hay or clean leather) and aromatic plants.
- Mouth: It is presented with high intensity, long and very well structured. Perfect acidity and ripe and fine tannins.
Elaboration and aging:
Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes, the grapes are harvested at their optimum ripeness point thanks to the monitoring that is carried out during the whole cycle. Raised for 14 months, in new French and American oak barrels. Subsequently, we complete its aging in our underground wine rack where it is refined for 10 more months
Curiosities: Bodegas Ramon Bilbao, a winery that has more than a century of history. It was founded in 1924 by Don Ramon Bilbao Murga, although since 1896, Don Ramon ran a small winery in Haro from which he sold his first wines.
