Elaboration and aging:
Made with 100% Garnacha grapes from a selection of old vineyards planted in tall glass, perhaps one of the highest in Rioja. For the Vinification a slow bleeding is made in stainless steel tank.
- Color pink stick.
- Nose: Fresh aroma of white fruit, pear, cherry, apple.
- Mouth: light and pleasant, with hints of juicy fruit but not cloying. Subtle and persistent memory with good acidity.
